Hello, thanks for visiting my site and taking an interest in my work. I’m a Londoner but these days I call Wellington in New Zealand my home. I have three young children who take up most of my time but when they are at school I spend my days hanging out with my dog Molly and writing books for children.

I’ve always loved books. When I was a child I had my own library in my bedroom. I collected all the books in my library from jumble sales or school fairs. When I was 10 years old I told my Nan that I wanted to be a writer, it took me another three and a half decades before that dream came true.
